In 1996, 5 Melbourne entertainers embarked on an unknown journey when they formed and created The Australian Bee Gees Show. After months of rehearsal and a few ‘warm up shows’ in Melbourne the group found themselves in Hong Kong for a 3 week sell out tour. That first tour sowed the seeds and in a few short years the show was performing to packed houses all around the world.
After 5 years and over 1600 shows headlining on the Las Vegas strip, The Australian Bee Gees Show are pleased to announce ‘The 20th Anniversary Tour’, a brand new show for 2016. This show is a retrospective look at the amazing career of The Brothers Gibb and will be presented in two parts with costume changes defining the eras. The show will feature all of the greatest hits throughout the decades but will also tell the Bee Gees story in a multi- media show that captures the mood and memories of the time.
The Australian Bee Gees Show is currently performing at The Excalibur Hotel and Casino. The group has racked up over 1600 performances on the Las Vegas Strip and has just been resigned for another 2 years until Feb 2018. The Australian Bee Gees Show was recently voted Best Tribute Show in Las Vegas by the prestigious Las Vegas Review Journal for 2015 and has made the top 10 in the ‘Overall Best Show’ category, an amazing achievement in Las Vegas.
The Australian Bee Gees show was also the first Australian band to perform 1000 shows headlining on the Famous Las Vegas Strip and with 1600 shows already under their belt they are looking forward to continued success in Sin City.
